Glacier Circle (Cryomancy) is a Level III Spell of the Cryomancy discipline (Type: Spell, Sorcery, Ranged; Element: Water) in Eldfall Chronicles.
Effect: Frostbite, Targetless. By spending 1 Mana, the caster may increase the STK of this Spell by 1. Enemy models within the AoE become Slowed on Hit. Areas within the AoE become Difficult and Dangerous Environments until the caster's next Strategic Phase.
