Once per turn, if Berserkers would suffer one or more Wounds as a consequence of Damage Roll(s), they may perform a Toughness roll for every Wound they would suffer. If a roll is successful, the corresponding damage is prevented.

Frequently Asked Questions

[edit | edit source]

Q: If two different models both Wound a model with Berserker in the same Activation sequence can the Berserker model ignore both Wounds?

A: Yes, a Berserker can ignore all Wounds that occur at the same time, like multiple Hits from different models or Chain Attacks. Note that effects that happen upon Wounding a model happen after the Berserker roll is performed and do not happen if Berserker ignores the Wound.

Q: If several models wound a Berserker in the same activation sequence, can it ignore all the wounds?

A: Yes — Berserker can nullify all simultaneous damage rolls, even from different attackers (multiple reactions, Chain Attacks, etc.). The Berserker roll happens when the model is to suffer a Wound (after the damage rolls); effects like Cleave, Burn and Finishing Strike occur on Wounding, so if Berserker negates the wounding damage, those effects don't apply either.
