Heavy Cover

Heavy Cover is a type of Cover against Ranged Attacks. It applies when the covering scenery is both taller and wider than the model's size. Heavy Cover imposes a −4 modifier to the attacker's Ranged Attack.
The model must be within 1 inch of the scenery, which must be higher than its base and at least partially obscure its Hitbox from the attacker's Line of Sight.
