Level	Effect
I	Overdraw: When using a weapon with two RCH values, the first value RCH is increased by 6’’.
II	Impeding Momentum: If hit, the target becomes Slowed (State) until the end of the turn.
III	Staggering Precision: User’s Ranged Attack gains Stagger.
IV	Quickdraw: User’s Ranged Attack gains +1 STK.
