During its own Strategic Phase, an Incapacitated model may perform a T roll:
On success: The model regains 1 HP and gains the Weakened State On a failure: The model remains Incapacitated. An Incapacitated model that has an allied model in Base Contact, and where neither model is Engaged, may reroll the Recovery Check once.
